Governed AI inside the Microsoft apps people already use
Unseen runs in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and answers from your SharePoint content. Your data policies and audit log apply in every one of them, and nobody needs a Copilot license.
Where people already work
Most of the text people paste into AI tools starts in an email, a document or a spreadsheet. Putting the approved assistant inside those apps removes the reason to copy it anywhere else.
Teams
Open Unseen as a tab in Teams, or mention the Unseen bot in a chat to ask a question there. People sign in with their Microsoft account.
Outlook
Summarize a thread, draft a reply, and ask about your mailbox and calendar. Works in shared mailboxes and delegated folders. Replies can follow your own writing style, learned from your sent mail, or a shared team voice, if an admin turns it on.
Word
Reads the open document for context and edits paragraphs in place as tracked changes, which you accept or reject.
Excel
Explain a sheet, write formulas, and build tables, charts and PivotTables from the chat. Every change can be undone.
PowerPoint
Summarize a deck, edit slides in place, and add chart and table slides in the deck's own theme. Every change can be undone.
SharePoint
Answers come from the SharePoint sites you choose: files, pages and lists, kept in sync. You decide which teams can use each source. Confluence and Jira can be added too.
The same rules in every app
The add-ins are not separate products with their own settings. They use the policies, models and logging you already set up in Unseen.
Your choice of model
Admins decide which models run in each app. Nobody needs a separate Copilot license or a personal AI account.
Data protection
Sensitive values are replaced with placeholders before the model sees them and put back in the reply, so the person gets a complete answer and the model never gets the data.
One audit log
Every request from Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint lands in the same log as the rest of your AI use.
Cost by app
The cost dashboard breaks spend down by where AI was used, so you can see what Outlook, Word or Teams costs on its own.
Deployed from the admin center
Add Unseen through Integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Outlook has its own add-in, Word, Excel and PowerPoint share one, and the Teams app is deployed the same way. You can set the app name, description and logo your people see.
