Handling of data queried through Spotter and the analytics product is set by the customer agreement, not the public statement.
“Product delivery, access, and use will be governed by separate terms signed between us and each Customer, under which the Customer will control its deployment of our Product and any data hosted therein. / We do not use your interactions with AI-powered tools on our Website to train general-purpose AI models.”
“We will retain your Personal Data as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. / We will retain and use your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements.”
The privacy statement covers website and marketing data. ThoughtSpot Cloud region selection is a product setting.

Assessment
Reasoning: An enterprise analytics platform with a natural-language query agent. Data handling for the product lives in the customer agreement, and the platform connects directly to warehouses, so the exposure is in what the deployment is pointed at. Unrated outside a contract.
Flags: Product data terms not published · Connects directly to data warehouses · Assessed 2026-09-16. The assessment is Unseen's; the terms above are the vendor's.
