services/paperspace.yamlVendor data-handling terms
Paperspace is now DigitalOcean's GPU platform. The terms of service define Customer Content and its retrieval after termination but make no statement on vendor use of it for training.
“Upon any termination of this Agreement, Company will make all Customer Content available to Customer for electronic retrieval for a period of fifteen (15) days, but thereafter Company may, but is not obligated to, delete stored Customer Content.”
The terms establish US law and export control; the data centre region is a deployment choice.
“You may not use the Services if you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other countries, including the country in which you are a resident or from which you use the Services.”

Assessment
Reasoning: GPU notebooks and deployments under DigitalOcean. Infrastructure used by ML teams; the public terms address ownership and post-termination retrieval of content but not vendor training use.
Flags: Training-use not stated · Region set by deployment · Assessed 2026-09-16. The assessment is Unseen's; the terms above are the vendor's.
