The purposes section states that user-shared multimedia, query and prompt data, and Inputs and Outputs may be used to train and improve the vendor's and its affiliates' models.
“Content already incorporated into our AI models before deletion cannot feasibly be removed from models that are already trained; going forward, we will not use deleted content to train our AI models, as described in our Terms of Use.”
“Because we do not retain it, there is no stored biometric information to delete afterward.”
“We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries.”

Assessment
Reasoning: A video generator that trains on everything submitted, and states plainly that content already trained into a model cannot be removed on deletion. US processing. Anything uploaded at work should be assumed permanent.
Flags: Training on all inputs and outputs; irreversible once trained · GDPR Chapter V (US processing) · Assessed 2026-09-16. The assessment is Unseen's; the terms above are the vendor's.
