“Except as otherwise described in this Policy, we do not use content submitted by Business Customers through our enterprise or API offerings to train, build, or improve generative AI models outside the scope of the services provided to that Business Customer, and we do not use content you have designated as private through our in-app controls to train generative AI models, in each case without your consent. / We do not use biometric information to train or improve our generative AI models or any third-party model.”

“Intermediate data generated during processing, and the resulting Output (such as the generated image, video, or audio), are stored in a temporary storage area on Alibaba Cloud for up to seven (7) days, after which they are automatically deleted in accordance with our data lifecycle management policy. / The temporary facial coordinates and position information extracted during processing are deleted once the requested generation, editing, or enhancement task is completed and are not retained by us thereafter.”

“We store the information we collect on secure servers operated by leading third-party cloud infrastructure providers (including Alibaba Cloud and Amazon Web Services) and on our company-operated data centers. / When a processing task is initiated, the task is routed to one of our algorithm clusters operated by Alibaba Cloud and our affiliates for processing.”
