services/artlist.yamlVendor data-handling terms
The policy does not say whether user content is used to train models.
“Artlist contractually prohibits most third-party Model providers from using data received from Artlist, or Outputs generated from such data, to train, retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve their models or services.”
“You may delete the Voice Clones generated by you, including the associated Voice Samples, at any time through your account. Once deleted, these materials will be permanently removed from our systems, subject to any limited retention required by applicable law (e.g., for legal, regulatory, or security purposes). / Artlist may, but has no obligation to, store, host, retain, transmit, display, make available, or provide backups of any Input, Output, or related communications.”
The terms name contracting entities by region but no processing location for the AI services.
