These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unseen Security's AI security services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you represent that:

• You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

2. Service Description

Unseen Security provides AI security services including:

• PII detection and redaction for AI interactions
• Sensitive data leak prevention
• Prompt injection attack detection
• Content filtering and security monitoring
• Compliance reporting and audit logs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Organization Accounts

For organization accounts, you represent that you have authority to bind your organization and manage user access within your organization's account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to bypass security features or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services
• Use the Services to process data you don't have rights to process
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Engage in automated scraping or data mining without permission
• Use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent activities

5. Data Processing and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to data you submit through our Services. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services.

5.2 Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

5.3 Data Security

While we implement industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for evaluating whether our security measures meet your requirements.

6.1 Subscription Plans

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers. Pricing and features are described on our pricing page.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6.3 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final once the service is accessed. By completing your purchase and logging into the Unseen Security platform, you acknowledge and agree that you immediately gain access to digital software and functionality, and therefore waive any right to a refund or withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused services, or account cancellations. Exceptions may be considered only in the case of duplicate charges or verified service errors, at our sole discretion.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

7.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Support

• Standard Support: Email support with 24-hour response time
• Priority Support: Available for Enterprise plans with 2-hour response time
• Emergency Support: Available 24/7 for critical security issues on Enterprise plans

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, belong to Unseen Security. You receive only the limited rights described in these Terms.

8.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable transition period.

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You may not use our Services if you are located in an embargoed country or on any government prohibited parties list.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.

15.5 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
